ZenSharp Sharpening System

The ZenSharp system is composed of a precision milled ZenSharp Base which accepts ZenSharp Cards, and when assembled, have a 0.015mm flatness tolerance. The cards are attached to the base magnetically, allowing for the convenience of quickly swapping your sharpening medium and keeping everything compact and ready at your bench.

The ZenSharp system cuts as fast as high quality water stones while being maintenance free. The diamond sharpening cards only need a little spray of water (or glass cleaner), without making a mess at your sink. In addition, you will never need to use a heat gun to remove old diamond sheets from your aluminum blocks. Best of three worlds!

We have all variety of cards you need. For most use cases, we recommend the starter kit with:

With proper care the diamond cards can last for hundreds of sharpening sessions while remaining flat and true. This is the system used at the factory to sharpen chisels and plane irons. 

The rough, medium, fine, extra fine grits are 45μm, 20μm, 9μm, and 3μm respectively.
